It's up here that you can admire the magnificence of the Drôme and Isère landscapes. Nestling on its hill, it is at Saint-Just-de-ClaixIn the south of Isère, the Château des Anges is enthroned in a marvellous setting for all visiting guests. Built on 900 m², the estate covers a total area of 7 hectares.

A living legacy
History & architecture
To remain just as majestic as in its illustrious past, the Château des Anges is nourished by its history. Built in the 14th century, it first belonged to the Damoiseau Ogier de Larivière before being sold to Humbert II, sovereign of the Dauphiné. It then passed from hand to hand, notably through those of Beatrix of Hungary, then sister of the Queen of France. Main residence, Cistercian abbey and then, in the twentieth century, holiday camp centre, the château has had several lives before becoming the property of Samantha and Alexandre Deshaies.
Characterised by its square tower rising out of the treetops, it is both the charm and the character of the château. The tower was renovated in 1850 by Mr Paul Aymar from Marseille.
In 1994, what had previously been known as the "Château de Saint-Just" became the "Château de Saint-Just". "Château des Anges in reference to its name, when in 1349 it was named the Cistercian abbey of "Notre Dame des Anges".

Trained atVATEL Institute for Alexandre and the Avignon hotel school for Samantha, they have also taken training courses to specialise as wedding planner.

Ideal for large-scale receptions, we have the following facilities at your disposal 2 large rooms from 120 m² each. They have been tastefully renovated to a high standard.sober and natural decoration to marry elegantly with the building's historic architecture. The large bay windows provide magnificent natural light. These rooms have a magnificent panoramic view as well as a connection to the outside world over a fenced courtyard planted with trees.
